Customers must also manage the activity flow to make sure that actions are taken on time and deadlines are met.

Many customers rely on Zephyr Console™ to manage EDI activity, while others have found the automated delivery of the Zephyr Manifest report to be a very useful management tool. The report includes a daily snapshot of all EDI transactions and is delivered automatically to designated email addresses within your company. Zephyr Manifest is designed to help you reconcile EDI activity and to make sure your systems are in sync with your trading partners.

Both Zephyr Console™ and Zephyr Manifest options are available as part of the Zephyr Managed Services and can be used in concert with the other to proactively manage and monitor your EDI.
